Cannes 2014: Atom Egoyan’s THE CAPTIVE Trailer Starring Ryan Reynolds

A new trailer has been released for Atom Egoyan‘s The Captive, which is set to have its premiere at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.  The film stars Ryan Reynolds and Mireille Enos as a couple whose daughter is kidnapped, only to find the kidnapper has been spying on them for some time.

Egoyan has just had his last film, Devil’s Knot, released here in the U.S., but there’s no release date for The Captive as of yet.  Scott Speedman, Rosario Dawson, Kevin Durand and Bruce Greenwood also star, hit the jump for the trailer.
