After the critical and box office success of The Jungle Book, Disney will next be tackling Beauty and The Beast with its recent trend of making live action adaptations, and today the first teaser has been released. The film is directed by Bill Condon (Dreamgirls, Mr. Holmes) and stars Emma Watson as Belle, Dan Stevens as the beast, Luke Evans as Gaston, Kevin Kline as Maurice, Josh Gad as Le Fou, Ewan McGregor as Lumiere, Stanley Tucci as Cadenza, Ian McKellen as Cogsworth, and Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts.
Disney will be releasing Beauty and The Beast in theaters March 17, 2017.
