Here are five horror films coming out in 2015 that you’ll want to look out for:

Suburban Gothic (Dir: Richard Bates Jr.)

This is a funny and entertaining horror comedy that looks a one man’s return to his home town. A town that may be besieged by something supernatural and only he has the ability to see it.

Julia (Dir: Matthew A. Brown)

This is a very sobering and somber entry in the revenge/horror genre. After being brutally raped a woman seeks vengeance. It features a strong performance by Ashley C. Williams.

Girlhouse (Dir: Trevor Matthews)

This is one of the best slasher films to come out in quite some time.   This should not disappoint genre fans.

I Survived a Zombie Holocaust (Dir: Guy Pigden)

Leave it to the Kiwis to create another entertaining entry in the zombie/comedy genre. A film production making a new zombie flick is under siege when an actually zombie outbreak occurs. Mayhem and laughter ensues.

Dark Was the Night (Dir: Jack Heller)

This is pretty entertaining monster movie that features solid acting and is well paced.
