Universal has released an action-rich new trailer for The Fate of the Furious. There’s lots of heavy artillery and a fleet of cars controlled remotely by villain Cipher (Charlize Theron). The trailer also suggests she’s been lurking in the shadows and following Dom (Vin Diesel) and crew for a while.
Directed by F. Gary Gray, The Fate of the Furious also stars Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Kurt Russell, Scott Eastwood, and Helen Mirren. It will be in theaters on April 14th.
Now that Dom and Letty are on their honeymoon and Brian and Mia have retired from the game—and the rest of the crew has been exonerated—the globetrotting team has found a semblance of a normal life.
