HBO Films has released a teaser for The Wizard of Lies, set to premiere on the network in May. Directed by Barry Levinson, the film is based on the 2012 book The Wizard of Lies: Bernie Madoff and the Death of Trust by Diana B. Henriques, who appears as herself.
Robert De Niro portrays the infamous Ponzi-schemer, and the film also stars Michelle Pfeiffer, Alessandro Nivola, Nathan Darrow, Kristen
Connolly, Lily Rabe, and Hank Azaria.
