The first trailer for
John Hillcoat‘s (
The Road, Lawless) upcoming thriller
Triple 9 has been released. The film stars
Woody Harrelson, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Kate Winslet, Casey Affleck, Aaron Paul, Norman Reedus, Gal Gadot and
Anthony Mackie, and revolves around a gang of criminals and corrupt police officers planning out the murder of another officer in order to pull off a heist.
Judging from this first red band trailer, the film looks incredibly tense and very violent so naturally I can’t wait to check this one out when it hits theaters February 19th, 2016.
