Warner Bros. has released a new trailer for Wonder Woman, focusing on young Diana’s journey from young Amazonian to great warrior. Aided by some magic bracelets, a mythical sword, and a glowing lasso, of course.
Gal Gadot is the titular hero, and the film also stars Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen and Robin Wright. Directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman arrives in theaters on June 2nd.
Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat.
