Room For Rent follows broke, 32-year-old ex-lottery winner Baldwin in his quest to convince his parents to rent out their spare room to save the family from downsizing. What he gets is mysterious, creepy border Carl Lemay, who clearly has a hidden agenda about his presence in Baldwin’s life. As Carl upsets Mitch’s way of life, a battle of wits turns into all-out war involving deception, humiliation, spying and revenge.
