Above you’ll see the first image of Johnny Depp as Tonto, and Armie Hammer as The Lone Ranger, in Gore Verbinski’s upcoming Disney film aptly titled The Lone Ranger. This image was tweeted out by Jerry Bruckheimer, the film’s producer, earlier today.
Although I have no expectations for this film, it does have a decent cast featuring Tom Wilkinson, Helena Bonham Carter, Barry Pepper, William Fichtner, James Badge Dale, and Ruth Wilson.
The Lone Ranger is currently set for a May 31, 2013 release.
