Roadside Attractions has released a teaser trailer for the upcoming comedy The Oath, written, directed, and starring Ike Barinholtz. In the film, a controversial new bill that requires citizens to sign an oath pledging loyalty to the president will cause the members of a family to tear each other apart during Thanksgiving. The film also stars Tiffany Haddish, John Cho, Carrie Brownstein, Billy Magnussen, Meredith Hagner, Jon Barinholtz, Nora Dunn, and Chris Ellis.
The Oath opens in theaters October 12th.
A controversial White House policy turns family member against family member in THE OATH, a savagely funny dark comedy about surviving life and Thanksgiving in the age of political tribalism.
