Magnolia has released the trailer for Janicza Bravo‘s upcoming comedy Lemon, starring Brett Gelman as a lemon of a human being. The film also stars Judy Greer, Michael Cera, Shiri Appleby, Fred Melamed, Rhea Perlman, David Paymer, Gillian Jacobs, Jon Daly, Martin Starr, Megan Mullally, Jeff Garlin, Elizabeth De Razzo, Marla Gibbs, and Nia Long. As someone who frequently considers himself a lemon, I’m pretty stoked to check this one out.
Lemon opens in theaters and on VOD platforms August 18th.
Lemon: a person or thing that proves to be defective, imperfect, or unsatisfactory. Isaac Lachmann is a dud. Isaac Lachmann is 40. Isaac Lachmann is a man in free fall immobilized by mediocrity.
