The Pit Wants What it Wants in the ‘Jug Face’ Trailer

Here’s the newly released theatrical trailer for Chad Crawford Kinkle’s upcoming horror flick Jug Face.  This very creepy looking indie centers on a young pregnant girl (Lauren Ashley Carter) who attempts to escape her weird community before they sacrifice her into a mysterious pit.  The film also stars Sean Young, so you should have an idea there that this is going to be something.

Jug Face is set for VOD July 8th, with a theatrical release of August 9th.  Hit the jump for the trailer and synopsis.

Jug Face tells the story of a pregnant teen trying to escape a backwoods community when she discovers that she may be sacrificed to a mysterious pit. The entity in the pit requires a life for keeping the community safe. The face of the person to be sacrificed is crafted onto a ceramic jug. When ignored, the entity unleashes an evil onto the community. Now no one is safe as tragedy befalls each member one by one and they soon realize that the pit wants what it wants.
