The first teaser trailer for Marvel’s
Ant-Man was revealed last night on ABC’s premiere of
Agent Carter, and although it has a more somber tone than I expected, it still looks like this could be another winner for Marvel Studios. The film stars
Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, Abby Ryder Fortson, Judy Greer, David Dastmalchian, Wood Harris, Gregg Turkington, T.I., and
John Slattery. Peyton Reed (
Yes Man) is directing and
Paul Rudd and
Adam McKay are the credited writers.
Ant-Man opens in theaters
July 17th.
Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats.
