The upcoming comedy

Andrew Bujalski (
Computer Chess) has been acquired by Magnolia Pictures ahead of its premiere at this year’s Sundance Film Festival. The film stars
Guy Pearce, Cobie Smulders, Kevin Corrigan, Giovani Ribisi, Anthony Michael Hall, Brooklyn Decker and
Constance Zimmer, with Corrigan playing, “Danny, a recently divorced, newly rich, and utterly miserable slob who makes a stab at self-improvement by signing up for a personal trainer at a local gym. There he meets self-styled guru-owner Trevor (Pearce) and irresistibly acerbic trainer Kat (Smulders). Soon, their three lives are inextricably knotted, both professionally and personally.”
Magnolia hasn’t set an exact release date yet, but plans to distribute Results theatrically this summer.
