A second official trailer has been released for Transformers: The Last Knight, the fifth film in the franchise. It looks a lot like the previous four, with lots of robot action and (probably) scattershot storytelling. The new heroine played by Isabela Moner looks like a potential highlight. Also, Mark Wahlberg treats a Dinobot like a dog, so there’s that.
Directed by Michael Bay and also starring Josh Duhamel, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Laura Haddock, Jerrod Carmichael, and Santiago Cabrera, Transformers: The Last Knight arrives in theaters on June 23rd.
Optimus Prime finds his home planet, Cybertron, now a dead planet, in which he comes to find he was responsible for killing. He finds a way to bring the planet back to life, but in order to do so, he needs to find an artifact, which is on Earth.
