V/H/S: VIRAL International Trailer

Just a short while ago, it was announced that Magnet Releasing will be distributing V/H/S: Viral later this year, and wasting no time, they just released the film’s first trailer.  Although most of it is just a recap of the previous two entries, there’s a good chunk of new content near the end that will get fans excited.

The directors tapped for this edition include Nacho Vigalondo (Timecrimes), Marcel Sarmiento (ABCs of Death segment “D is for Dogfight”), Gregg Bishop (Dance of the Dead), Justin Benson (Wrecked) and Todd Lincoln (The Apparition).

Magnet hasn’t announced the release date as of yet, but plan on seeing V/H/S: Viral later this year (we hope).

V/H/S: VIRAL’s segments include the story of a deranged illusionist who obtains a magical object of great power, a homemade machine that opens a door to a parallel world, teenage skaters that unwillingly become targets of a Mexican death cult ritual, and a sinister, shadowy organization that is tracking a serial killer. The segments are tied together by the story of a group of fame-obsessed teens following a violent car chase in LA that unwittingly become stars of the next internet sensation.
