Vertical Entertainment has released a teaser trailer for the upcoming comedy Yes, God, Yes, from writer-director Karen Maine. Adapted from a short film also written and directed by Main, the film is a coming of age story taking place in the early 2000’s in which a young woman is sent to a religious retreat in order to quell her raging hormones.
The film stars Natalia Dyer, Timothy Simons, Donna Lynne Champlin, Alisha Boe, Wolfgang Novogratz, Francesca Reale, and Susan Blackwell.
Yes, God, Yes premiered at last year’s SXSW and will be available the end of July, though no specific date has been announced just yet.
