This week’s Kickstart Sunday pick comes to us from Ian Martin and his upcoming feature film Cooke Concrete. The film is based on a novel also written by Martin, and tells the story of a young man in college who has a rough first year, and decides to go home and search for a missing boy in his town.

This Kickstarter project currently has 28 days remaining with a project goal of $30,000, so be sure to click here and check out their campaign and donate today!

Vince Ford returns home after a less-than-stellar first year at college. On one of his first nights back, Vince goes for a late night drive down a desolate road where he comes to the aid of a hit-and-run victim. The victim is Adam Pazsitsky, a reclusive young man who Adam knew growing up. Saving Adam gives Vince a renewed sense of self-worth. When Vince goes missing a few days later, Adam feels an obligation to find him.
