Kickstart Sunday: HENCH

This week’s Kickstart Sunday pick comes to us from Bicephaly Pictures (Ani Simon-Kennedy and Cailin Yatsko) and their upcoming short film Hench, an absurdist comedy about two kidnappers and their latest victim.

The team at Bicephaly Pictures was awarded a $5000 grant from the good folks at Fandor to get this project off the ground and now they need our help in procuring the rest of the funds to make the film. Be sure to click here and show your support today and take a look below for more information.

Toby dreams big, letting his imagination always get the best of him while Oskar dulls his depression with endless e-cigarettes. The only thing that keeps them bound to each other is their kidnapping business – it’s a thankless job, but someone’s gotta do it.

Our two henchmen have been pulling off their dirty deeds without a hitch… until a new victim derails their plan. Will she blow their cover? Drive a wedge between the pair? And who wanted her kidnapped in the first place?
