Short Film: THE PISSY TITS STREET GANG

I’m all about the awkward irreverent comedies and as such, Alice Ralston‘s 14-minute coming of age short The Pissy Tits Street Gang certainly fits the bill. The film is about a teenage girl who decides to try out to be in a promising new gang, but realizes it isn’t quite what she imagined.

This short is competing in this season’s Fandependent Film Festival and up for a $1000 cash prize, so check it out below and if you like what you see, and I know you will, consider throwing a vote its way.

The Pissy Tits Street Gang is a story of empathy, belonging and the all-dreaded ‘adulthood’. Badass Sam is sent off to live with her avoiding father in a dead end, no hope town and is desperate for an escape. Cue The Pissy Tits Street Gang, the neighborhood’s strange and bombastic petty criminal duo. The gang leader Pissy and her sidekick Peanut are ecstatic to initiate their new member, but as Sam delves deeper into their bizarre lifestyle the cracks in the gang start to appear.
