Short Film: WINDSCREENWIPERMAN

Within the last couple years we’ve been seeing a lot of films look at the concept of social networking, mostly looking at the perils technology can bring, but Sam Baron‘s short Winscreenwiperman takes a very different approach. The odd thing about the film, which revolves around an older gentleman becoming friends with a 14 year-old he met on Chat Roulette, is that my immediate reaction was to get a creepy vibe about the whole thing.

This raises some interesting questions about how we look at online interactions and the stigma they tend to invoke.

Check out the film below and let us know what you think.
