Sundance 2014: DEAD SNOW: RED VS. DEAD Trailer

The first trailer for the Norwegian zombie flick Dead Snow: Red vs. Dead has been released and while I was a big fan of the original, I wasn’t dying to see this- that is until I watched this trailer.  The film stars Vegar Hoel as the lone survivor from the horrific events of the first film, who wakes up in a hospital to find doctors have mistakenly attached a zombie arm to him.  This gives him unbridled zombie killing powers which makes the film look like a helluva lot of fun.

Tommy Wirkola, director of the first film will be returning for the sequel.  Dead Snow: Red vs. Dead is set to premiere at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival as part of its Park City at Midnight programming, however there’s no U.S. release date as of yet.  Hit the break to check out the trailer, synopsis, and poster.

Dead Snow: Red Vs. Dead follows the sole survivor of a Nazi zombie attack who battles an even larger army of Zombies with the help of The Zombie Squad, a professional gang of zombie killers from the U.S.
