Back in 2015 a little movie with a lot of heart called Turbo Kid was released and it ended up being one of my favorite films of the year. Now, the team behind Turbo Kid, RKSS, has a new film premiering at Sundance called Summer of ’84 and I’m beyond excited for it. The film revolves around a group of friends who believe one of their neighbors, a cop, is actually a serial killer. As if I wasn’t pumped enough, the new teaser trailer released today has caused this to make its way to the top of my most anticipated list for Sundance.
Gunpowder & Sky will be releasing Summer of ’84, however no release date has been announced just yet.
