SXSW 2014: Midnighters and Shorts Programs Announced

SXSW announced the full lineup for their Midnighters and Shorts programs today.  The Midnighters program, which celebrates the best in genre cinema, will contain 10 features, and the shorts program will contain 113 short films.

Some notable entries from this lineup include Adam Wingard‘s The Guest, which was a big hit at Sundance, Adrián García Bogliano‘s Late Phases, and Mike Flanagan‘s Oculus.  The 2014 SXSW Festival will take place in Austin from March 7 – 15.  Hit the jump to check out the full list of films and click here to check out the previously announced programs.

13 Sins

A cryptic phone call sets off a dangerous game of risks for Elliot, a down-on-his luck salesman. The game promises increasing rewards for completing 13 tasks, each more sinister than the last.

When deadly attacks from the forests beset a secluded retirement community, it is up to a grizzled veteran to figure what the residents are hiding.
