Cannes 2015: BLUE RUIN Director’s Latest, THE GREEN ROOM, Gets a New Clip

Twitch has posted up the first clip from director Jeremy Saulnier‘s (Blue Ruin) latest, The Green Room, which is making its world premiere at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. The film revolves around a punk rock band who witness a horrific act of violence perpetrated by a group of skinheads, and find themselves trapped in the venue they were playing, fighting for their lives. The cast includes Patrick Stewart, Anton Yelchin, Imogen Poots, Alia Shawkat, Joe Cole, Callum Turner, Mark Webber, Eric Edelstein, and Kai Lennox.

Considering how much I loved Blue Ruin and I grew up being moderately obsessed with punk rock, this quickly made it to my most anticipated list.
