Tribeca 2013: ‘Lenny Cooke’ Trailer

Here’s the trailer for the upcoming documentary Lenny Cooke, which premiered last night to a standing ovation at the Tribeca Film Festival.

The film revolves around the life of Lenny Cooke, a basketball phenom that achieved the American dream too early in his life, and ultimately never lived up to his potential.

The film is directed by Ben and Joshua Safdie, hit the jump for the trailer, there’s currently no release date set.
