Keanu Reeves’ Directorial Debut ‘Man of Tai Chi’ Trailer

Here’s the debut trailer for Man of Tai Chithe directorial debut of Keanu Reeves.  In the film, Reeves plays an organizer of a Bloodsport-esque tournament that sees the best fighters from around the globe vying to become champion.

This Chinese/American production boasts 40 minutes of fighting, and in addition to Reeves, stars Tiger Hu Chen, Simon Yam, Karen Mok, and Iko Uwais. The legendary Yuen Woo-Ping is doing the choreography, which only adds to the street cred of this flick.  Read on for more.

This international trailer features some dialogue that isn’t subtitled, however I think we can all get the gist of what’s happening.  It also features some slightly painful lines from Reeves, which are hopefully sparse and don’t end up detracting from the end product.

There’s no current release date, but expect to see Man of Tai Chi to hit theaters sometime this year.
