‘Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa’ Teaser Trailer

Here’s the newly released teaser trailer for Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa starring Steve Coogan and directed by Armando Iannucci (In The Loop). This will be the big screen debut for the popular UK TV character, originally featured in I’m Alan Partridge as well as a number of TV specials.

Though the series and character never really took off in the States, here’s hoping that the movie gets a release as I’m a big fan of the director who also directed the HBO series Veep. Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa opens in the UK August 7th, hit the jump for the trailer.
