American Animal is a dark comedy written and directed by Matt D’Elia, which premiered at last year’s SXSW. D’Elia also stars as Jimmy, a dying young man who, over the course of one night, slowly loses his mind after finding out that his best friend and roommate, James (Brendan Fletcher) is starting a new job in the morning. Mircea Monroe and Angela Sarafyan co-star playing Blonde Angela and Not Blonde Angela, respectively. The film is set to open May 18th.
