THE ARMSTRONG LIE Trailer

Here’s the new trailer for Alex Gibney‘s documentary The Armstrong Lie, which looks at the doping scandal behind cyclist Lance Armstrong.  The interesting thing about this doc is that Gibney actually began shooting the film before the steroid use came to light, and he was able to get Armstrong involved in the film to tell his side of the story.

Gibney previously directed documentaries such as Taxi to the Dark Side (which landed him an Oscar) and most recently We Steal Secrets: The Story of Wikileaks.  The film is set for theaters on November 8th, hit the jump for the trailer.
