DreamWorks has released a new trailer for the upcoming animated film The Boss Baby, featuring the voice of Alec Baldwin as a baby, who’s a boss. While it doesn’t look as grating as Storks or Nine Lives, the annoyance factor in this trailer was pretty high, although it’s pretty clear a man in his 30s is not the target audience for this one. Baldwin plays a newborn who assembles a team of other babies in order to discover why there isn’t enough love being given to them and recruits the help of his older brother who discovers he can talk.
The film is directed by Tom McGrath and also stars Steve Buscemi, Jimmy Kimmel, Lisa Kudrow, and Miles Bakshi.
The Boss Baby waddles into theaters March 31st.
DreamWorks Animation and the director of Madagascar invite you to meet a most unusual baby. He wears a suit, speaks with the voice and wit of Alec Baldwin, and stars in the animated comedy, DreamWorks’ THE BOSS BABY. THE BOSS BABY is a hilariously universal story about how a new baby’s arrival impacts a family, told from the point of view of a delightfully unreliable narrator, a wildly imaginative 7 year old named Tim. With a sly, heart-filled message about the importance of family, DreamWorks’ THE BOSS BABY is an authentic and broadly appealing original comedy for all ages.
