Disney and Pixar have released a new trailer for Cars 3, which gives a more straightforward look at the film than previous previews. Aging race car Lightning McQueen (voice of Owen Wilson) needs to train for one last big race against a younger competitor (Armie Hammer) before retiring. It’s a familiar story, but if done well can be rousing, even if it’s about cartoon cars.
Directed by Brian Fee, Cars 3 will be in theaters on June 16th.
