Darren Aronofsky’s NOAH Trailer Starring Russell Crowe

Despite budget troubles and problems with religious groups, Darren Aronofsky‘s biblical epic Noah is still on track to hit theaters March 27, 2014.  The film stars Russell Crowe as the titular ark builder, along with Jennifer Connelly, Logan Lerman, Anthony Hopkins, Emma Watson, and Ray Winstone.

The first trailer dropped today and features from very nice looking visuals and some big effects work.  Honestly though, if it weren’t for the director I would probably have no interest in this what-so-ever.  Hit the jump to check it out.
