DOGTOOTH Director Brings Colin Farrell and Rachel Weisz on Board for THE LOBSTER

Greek director Yorgos Lanthimos is about to film his first English language film, The Lobster, and it was announced today via The Hollywood Reporter that Colin Farrell and Rachel Weisz have been brought on board.  The film is touted as being an “unconventional love story” about a dystopian world where people who don’t fit in turn into animals.  Sounds about right coming from the director of the weirdly awesome Dogtooth and Alps.

The film also stars Ben Whishaw, Lea Seydoux, Olivia Colman, Ariane Labed and Aggeliki Papoulia.  The Lobster doesn’t have a release date set as of yet.
