CBS Films has released the trailer for The Sense of an Ending, a drama based on the bestselling novel by Julian Barnes. Jim Broadbent stars as a man whose past may be coming back to haunt him. The intrigue looks more interpersonal and relationship-driven rather than the cheap thrill or twist variety, and the film boasts a great cast to sell the distress.
The Sense of an Ending is directed by Ritesh Batra and also stars Charlotte Rampling, Harriet Walter, Michelle Dockery, Emily Mortimer, Billy Howle, Joe Alwyn, Freya Mavor, and Matthew Goode. It is scheduled to be released in the U.S. on March 10th, 2017.
