GHOST IN THE SHELL Gets Another Stylish Trailer

Paramount has released a new trailer for its upcoming Ghost in the Shell adaptation starring Scarlett Johansson. Directed by Rupert Sanders (Snow White and the Huntsman), Johansson plays a cyborg named Major who leads a special ops team taking down the most dangerous criminals in a future Tokyo. The film also stars Pilou Asbæk, Takeshi Kitano, Michael Pitt, and Juliette Binoche. 

Ghost in the Shell opens in theaters nationwide March 31st.

Based on the internationally-acclaimed sci-fi property, “GHOST IN THE SHELL” follows the Major, a special ops, one-of-a-kind human-cyborg hybrid, who leads the elite task force Section 9. Devoted to stopping the most dangerous criminals and extremists, Section 9 is faced with an enemy whose singular goal is to wipe out Hanka Robotic’s advancements in cyber technology.
