I, FRANKENSTEIN Character Poster Debut

Three new character posters for I, Frankenstein have been released today, in front of the Comic-Con presentation set for this Saturday.  Directed by Stuart Beattie (Tomorrow, When the War Began) and based off the comic book by Kevin Grevioux, the film stars Aaron Eckhart as Adam, an immortal creation by Dr. Victor Frankenstein who is caught in the middle of a war between demons and gargoyles.

The film also stars Bill Nighy, Yvonne Strahovski, Miranda Otto and Jai Courtney, and is set for a January 24th release.  Though it sounds like another Van Helsing or Underworld, the posters look pretty cool, highlighting the three sides in this fight- good, evil, and immortal.  We’ll have a better idea after the presentation at Comic-Con and will report back then.  For now, hit the jump to check out the new posters and read the synopsis.

Set in a dystopic present where vigilant gargoyles and ferocious demons rage in a battle for ultimate power, Victor Frankenstein’s creation Adam (Aaron Eckhart) finds himself caught in the middle as both sides race to discover the secret to his immortality. From the co-writer of the hit supernatural saga, UNDERWORLD, comes the action thriller I, FRANKENSTEIN, written for the screen and directed by Stuart Beattie based on the graphic novel “I, Frankenstein” by Kevin Grevioux, and brought to life by a cast that includes Aaron Eckhart, Bill Nighy, Yvonne Strahovski, Miranda Otto, Jai Courtney, Socratis Otto, Mahesh Jadu, Caitlin Stasey and Aden Young as Victor Frankenstein.
