IFC Midnight Picks Up Raunchy Comedy PREMATURE

IFC Midnight has announced they’ve acquired the US rights to Dan Beers‘ sex comedy Premature, which involves a Groundhog Day like story with a teenager living the same miserable day over and over, always ending with his having an orgasm.  The film premiered at this year’s SXSW Festival where I got a chance to see it, and although I can attest that it starts off very funny, it fizzles out by the end.  The film stars John Karna, Katie Findlay, Craig Roberts, and Alan Tudyk, and is co-written by Dan Beers and Mathew Harawitz.

There’s no release date for Premature as of yet, click here to read out full review from SXSW.
