The full theatrical trailer for Iron Sky has just been released and if you haven’t been following the developments of this little space Nazi movie, here’s the most interesting thing: it’s crowd-sourced. Basically, this movie has been funded in it’s entirety by fans. When I read some information about this film over a year ago, I thought it might be a cool experiment, but I wondered how good it could look if it had no studio backing and a budget that was completely reliant on donations and selling merch? Well, judging from the trailer, it looks pretty damn good. Iron Sky premiered, coincidentally, at the Berlin International Film Festival, and has a US premier date of April 4th.
