Jake Gyllenhaal Looks Intense in the NIGHTCRAWLER Teaser Trailer

The first teaser trailer for Dan Gilroy’s directorial debut Nightcrawler has hit online, which sees star Jake Gyllenhaal asking for a job in the most intense way possible.  There’s not too much known about the plot at this point other than Gyllenhaal plays a man thrown into the world of crime journalism.  Bill Paxton, Rene Russo and Riz Ahmed also star.

This video has been posted on a Youtube account created by Gyllenhaal’s character, and a Craigslist ad can also be found that links back to the video.

According to Imdb Open Road plans to release Nightcrawler October 17th, however there’s been no word on if this date is correct.
