EW unveiled a couple of new first look photos from Jordan Peele‘s much anticipated followup to Get Out, titled Us, ahead of the trailer debut on Christmas. According to Peele, Us will be a monster movie, in which a set of creatures known as the tethered terrorize a family. The film stars Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke, Tim Heidecker, and Elisabeth Moss.
In an interview with EW, Peele said “For my second feature, I wanted to create a monster mythology. I wanted to do something that was more firmly in the horror genre but still held on to my love of movies that are twisted but fun.”
Us is slated to hit theaters March 19th and I couldn’t be more excited. Be sure to check back on Christmas for that trailer!
