Justin Long Joins Kevin Smith’s TUSK

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Kevin Smith spoke about his upcoming horror film Tusk, which is set to begin production next month, and revealed that Justin Long has been cast alongside Michael Parks for the film.  Smith refers to Tusk as an “ivory bridge” to Clerks III, which will help him get back into the directing groove and make financing for the final Clerks film easier.

More importantly though, the article focuses on Smith speaking about The Dirties, which is hitting theaters and VOD October 4th, and is one of my personal favorites this year.  Check out our review for the film here and be sure to listen to our interview with director Matthew Johnson here.
