Lego Documentary BEYOND THE BRICK: A LEGO BRICUMENTARY in the Works

Deadline broke the news today that there’s an official Lego documentary in the works that will be directed by Oscar-winning director Daniel Junge (Saving Face) and Oscar-nominee Kief Davidson (Open Heart). The film, titled Beyond the Brick: A Lego Bricumentary, will cover everything Lego from the history behind the toys to the fans who love building amazing things from them.

The film is set for an early 2014 release, most likely to coincide with the The Lego Movie, which is set for a February 7th, 2014 release.
