Although I haven’t been too keen on M. Night Shyamalan‘s recent body of work, his last film, The Visit, was an okay little horror flick, and his next project, Split, looks even more interesting. James McAvoy stars as a man with 23 different personalities, one of whom is a sadistic killer. Even if the film itself isn’t anything special, McAvoy looks like he’s going to knock it out of the park, which is enough for me to buy a ticket.
Split also stars Anya Taylor-Joy, Betty Buckley, Jessica Sula, and Haley Lu Richardson, and opens in theaters January 20th.
