New Untitled Renny Harlin Film Gets a Poster

Here we see the new teaser poster for the currently untitled Renny Harlin horror film, which tells the true story of what is called the “Dyatlov Pass Incident.” Apparently 9 hikers were found dead in the Ural Mountains, Russia in 1959, and the event was strange to say the least. They tore open their tent from the inside, ran away on barefoot, and had various injuries, from fractured skulls, to broken ribs, and one was missing her tongue. During the investigation, their clothing was tested and was found to be highly radioactive.

Although this sounds like a very interesting and horrific story, there’s two things that make me hesitate. First, the choice of director, and second, don’t you think you should come up with  title before releasing the poster? Also the tag line on the poster says “History Always Repeats Itself,” which could imply that this is set in modern day, and simply uses the true story as a reference. Either way, I’ll be keeping an eye on this one.
