Oscar Isaac Cast as Villain in X-MEN: APOCALYPSE

Variety broke the news today that Fox has found its villain for Bryan Singer‘s X-Men: Apocalypse with Oscar Isaac announced as the titular baddie, Apocalypse. Isaac joins Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Evan Peters, and Nicholas Hoult, who are reprising their roles. Hugh Jackman is expected to return once again as Wolverine, and Channing Tatum‘s Gambit may be making an appearance too, although there’s no confirmation on that as of yet.

X-Men: Apocalypse opens in theaters May 27th, 2016.
