R.I.P. Michael Clarke Duncan

It’s just been announced that actor Michael Clarke Duncan has passed away earlier today, due to complications from a heart attack he sustained earlier this summer.

Duncan’s most memorable role was in The Green Mile, where he played the lovable inmate John Coffey. He went on to play roles in such films as Talladega Nights, Sin City, and a slew of others.

The news was announced in a statement from Duncan’s fiancée, and released by publicist Joy Fehily.

He will be missed, and our thoughts go out to his family and friends.
