Scoot McNairy Joins BATMAN V SUPERMAN

Deadline broke the news today that Scoot McNairy has been cast in Zack Snyder‘s upcoming Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.  Although his role is currently under wraps, I’ve been loving most of his roles since I first saw him in Gareth Edwards’ Monsters.  McNairy is currently starring in AMC’s Halt and Catch Fire and can be seen on screen in David Michod’s The Rover.

While I’m not sure I could see him in the role of a super hero (nor would I want to) he seems like a perfect candidate for a troubled scientist or even Jim Gordon.

Batman V Superman is shooting now and is set to open in theaters May 6, 2016.
