Seth Grahame-Smith Set to Direct THE FLASH

Today, The Wrap broke the news that Seth Grahame-Smith will be directing The Flash for Warner Bros. This will be Grahame-Smith’s directorial debut, after making the switch from author to screenwriter with credits including Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, Dark Shadows, and the upcoming Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. He’s also tapped to be writing the Lego Batman movie as well as Beetlejuice 2.

The film will star Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash, however there has been no additional announcements regarding the cast.

As a big fan of The Flash I must say I’m a bit concerned about this choice in directors, but let us know what you think in the comments.

The Flash opens in theaters March 3rd, 2018, but with a release date that far out, I wouldn’t be surprised if that changed at some point.
