The annual Sight & Sound Films of the Year poll has been completed for 2015, with the top 20 films being announced just yesterday. Out of 168 critics polled, Hou Hsiao-Hsien‘s The Assassin took the top spot, with Todd Haynes‘ Carol and George Miller‘s Mad Max: Fury Road following.
The full list will be released in the January 2016 issue of Sight & Sound, but you can take a look below for the top 20.
